Welcome to Wild sailing - new horizons & fresh perspectives
we have finally joined the 21st Century and published a Facebook page, check it out to see some great photoes from the last couple of years of voyaging and competing. ...we do hope you like it and let us know!
Please take a minute to have a look at our Itinerary for 2013 ...Lots of Wildlife and Wilderness, as we head up to the Isles of Hebrides on Scotlands West Coast. Also Breton Festivals, Falmouth and the Scillies; And of course plenty of time at sea.
We have been a bit busy over the last couple of months, hence no log entries. But we have had a great time at the French Festivals of Brest and Douarnenez over in Brittany. The French really do know how to lay on a great Festival, and the weather once we got there was beautiful too, sunny days and a fresh breeze.
Returning via Ushant we headed for the "Plymouth Classic Boat Rally" and "Fowey Classics" where we managed to pick up a few more trophies including "The Most 'Ansom Transom" which is the most covetted trophy for showing off under full sail in the confines of Fowey harbour ("Edith Gray" is like a big dinghy in those situations!).
Returning leisurely via turquoise water and white sandy beaches of the Isles of Scilly "Edith Gray" is now back in Pembrokeshire awaiting her next adventure.
